Being a Green Dragon
There is no other way to become a Green Dragon than to be selected by a White Tigress. There are several rules and requirements placed upon a Green Dragon.
The White Tigress only seeks men who are polite, clean, and toward who she has good feelings.
Since the main method and purpose of her practice with Green Dragons is the performance of oral sex, she seeks men who both enjoy it and do not demand other sexual activity.
She limits her encounters with any particular man to nine separate times. Within each of these encounters she will bring him to orgasm three times, but only if he is capable of it.
Men who demand a romantic relationship with the White Tigress outside encounters, who become harsh in words or actions towards her, who encourage her to take stimulants (drugs or alcohol), who act aggressively about engaging in intercourse, or who show disinterest or laxness about her oral practices are dismissed and never seen again.
A Jade Dragon (her male partner) will be present during Green Dragon's encounter with the White Tigress. This practice is called Gazing at the Green Dragon. Sometimes the Jade Dragon will be in another room but he is always close by to help the White Tigress feel protected, allowing her to indulge herself to the fullest extent with the Green Dragon.
REVITALIZATION--TANTRIC PRACTICES FOR MEN
The Taoists used safe and simple techniques to increase their Ching. They included:
THE NINE JADE DRAGON EXERCISES
--The Sexual Teachings of the Jade Dragon
One popular herbal formula was named The Joyful Dragon because the Dragon was another name for the penis. Another formula that aided in a stronger erection was known as Dragon Horn. An herb taken regularly by Taoists was Ginseng or ren shen also known as “the king of herbs”. Ginseng is said to aid in dispersing Qi to the meridians and organs. White American ginseng, being more yin, reduces heat in the lungs and is considered best for increasing sexual energy. Chinese red ginseng is known for increasing semen quality. When deciding on what herbs to buy, it is important to find fresh herbs formulated correctly. Your neighborhood health store would have information and products formulated for sexual vitality. I have seen good results with New Chapter’s Native Man. A Chinese herbalist (if you are lucky enough to have one in your area) can also be very helpful in finding the right herbs to increase Ching. Tao Traditions makes very effective herbal supplements for men (and women). Their website is www.taotraditions.com.
Healthy caution should be administered when taking herbs. While herbs are a natural substance, more is not necessarily better. In fact, the rule of thumb for taking herbs is to take them for six days, then skip one day. Do this for six weeks, then skip one week. Continue this cycle for 6 months, then skip one month. Repeat this cycle again or take as needed. Because herbs are reestablishing the body’s natural intelligence, it is important to give them at least 6-9 months to work. Also, when taking restorative herbs, discontinue using them if you get a cold or flu. Bacteria and viruses are made stronger by these herbs. Restorative herbs like ginseng will actually feed your cold. Therefore, only take these herbs when you are well.

The autonomic system is that part which works autonomously. You don't consciously will your heart to beat it just does. Certain monks have gained the conscious awareness so they can slow down the heart beat.
There are two branches, one is known as the parasympathetic and the other as the sympathetic. The sympathetic is that aspect which gears us up for fight or flight and the parasympathetic is involved in relaxation and digestion.
Tonus is tension at rest. Think of the body builders who are too toned. They are rippling and many people find this unattractive. Flabbiness is a lack of tone. A balance is sort after.
With the autonomic system it is the electrical impulses which determine the degree of activity. Excessive activity wears a system out. Amphetamine places excessive strain on the sympathetic nervous system. In the wild there would have been short bursts of adrenalin, not sustained activity over hours.
When the nervous system is in synch tasks are executed efficiently.Everything is indirectly connected to the cortex. When considering the bio-energetics of health there is a strong correlation between energy flow and nervous activity.
Tension / Discharge
Wilhelm Reich discovered that what separates the living from the non-living is a four beat pattern. Charge/Tension/Discharge/Relaxation. In other words everything pulsates. This pulse is most reflected in the day/night rhythm, the in/out of the breath and the heartbeat.
When we are born the energy system is relatively unadulterated. Even the best of births leave a mark on people. We have vegetative streaming currents of energy flowing through us. The Chinese have known this for thousands of years and called this energy Qi. They understood that stagnation of this energy proceeded many health issues.
Wilhem Reich took this from the realms of subjective experience into objective reality. He was able to measure, quantify and demonstrate the existence of this energy. He was one of Freuds' brilliant pupils who split away from him. The question he was interested in was what was libido, and through this enquiry rediscovered Qi (orgone).
What Causes Excess Tonus - Neuro-Muscular Armoring
When we are children we are particularly sensitive. When we experience emotional trauma or sustained frustration the sympathetic nervous system fires off and simultaneously there is energetic contraction of the life apparatus.
At first the contraction is an acute process but if the source of the problem is un-resolved or the impact of the trauma intense enough the contraction becomes chronic and the tonus in the sympathetic nervous system increases.
Repeated occurrences of this lead to what we commonly recognise as someone who is highly strung. Their capacity to cope is impaired, they over react to things and have a tendency to dwell on things.
Physiologically they may have clamminess, a pallid complexion, weak pulse, dull eyes, shallow breathing and constipation to name a few. These people are most prone to succumbing to life threatening illness. Breathwork removes energy stasis and has a fortifying effect systemically.
One aspect of what we call sympathetic dominance is taut musculature around the jaws, shoulders, pelvis etc. By releasing tension the breathwork has a calming and energising effect systemically. The energy once liberated gets redistributed. Over time one develops spare capacity and this is what is known as vitality.
If the sympathetic nervous system is constantly in overdrive it becomes exhausted which means that when it is needed it is unable to meet demand and therefore a crisis is much more likely to develop. A crisis is precipitated when the threshold of a stimulus exceeds your capacity to cope. Imagine defaulting on a mortgage payment, if done regularly the banks will repossess the house.
Prevention is much better than cure.
